Nowadays, China has the largest and fastest high-speed railway network of the world. The speed of high-speed trains will continue to increase, thus many new high-speed railway stations will be built in more cities. Compared with airplanes, the outstanding advantage of high-speed trains is punctuality, because they are hardly affected by weather or traffic control. Therefore, high-speed rails have greatly reduced Chinese people’s travel time and changed their way of life. Today, many people on business trips prefer this means of transport. The importance of building trust between teachers and students
When Confucius traveled around states, penniless and unsuccessful, his students still held unshakable faith in him. Such loyalty hardly exists in modern schools as students become critical and individualistic. However, building trust between teachers and students, in my view, is paramount.
On the one hand, in their pursuit of knowledge, students can rely on no one but teachers who devote themselves to instructing them, helping them and passing on knowledge. This exploration of the unknown world can never be accomplished without students’ trust in teachers’ expertise and commitment. On the other hand, teachers’ achievement in education is defined as teaching students in accordance to their aptitude. Only when a teacher feel confident in students’ potential can they hold the belief that they can be cultivated.
To a great degree, the confidence level between teachers and students determines how successful an education is. I cheer on independent learning and challenging authority, but it must be based on mutual respect and trust between teachers and students.
The importance of building trust between businesses and consumers
Chinese enterprises are launching a campaign to restore customers’ confidence in domestic products. Seeing that a growing number of customers choose cross-boarder online shopping, this campaign aims to build trust between Chinese businesses and consumers.
The far-reaching influence of such trust lies in three facets. To begin with, to boost Chinese socialist market economy, more trustworthy enterprises like HUA WEI are expected. Only when customers no longer hold any doubt in the quality and creditability of goods made-in-China can we built up a good image of Chinese industry. Furthermore, customer’s loyalty is the only source of business development. In this sense, all the enterprises must give priority to building consumer trust. This task is even more urgent in China where market economy is still in infancy. At last, mutual trust between businesses and consumers help establish a harmonious society and thus increase people’s happiness.
Thanks to joint efforts of government and enterprises, Chinese domestic market is becoming brisk as younger generation becomes more confident in domestic brands. Hopefully, we’ll build a credit society in the near future so that enterprises cannot survive if they abuses consumers’ trust.
The importance of building trust between employers and employees
A recent survey how job satisfaction shows that 80% of young employees find their relations with bosses tense and the reason behind it is lack of trust. Numerous examples show that businesses thrive when a team gets united and work with one mind. Therefore, building trust between employers and employees is an urgent task.
First, confidence in employees’ ability boosts their productivity and creativity. A good leader does nothing other than assigning the right person to the right job at the right time. If so, there is no room for doubt about employee’s performance. Second, if employees lay trust on employers’ policies, they tend to implement them more successfully. An enterprise is dynamic when it’s visions become a firm belief of all the employees. At last, mutual trust is the basis of human interaction, and workplaces are no exception.
Seeing that raising trust level between employers and employees is of such great importance, specific departments are established in all the enterprises to deal with any possible crisis in this field. In my view, the first step is to keep their communication open and smooth, and thus minimize subjectivity in judgment.
