Israeli troops backed by tanks have moved into the
West Bank town of Hebron killing at least one Palestinian and
wounding four others. Witnesses said around 20 tanks
and armored vehicles entered the town and gunfire could be heard.
They said Israeli soldiers were conducting searches and arresting people.
Israeli army has made no comment.
Elsewhere a second-day of talks aimed at resolving
the siege of the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem
ended without any sign of a breakthrough,
but senior Palestinian official said both sides
were exploring creative solutions about what to do
with Palestinian militants wanted by Israel
who were among the more than 200 people inside the Church.
And in fact some news just in Israeli army has shot
dead five Palestinians in the Gaze Strip.
The army said the four or five who were killed as they tried
to attack the Jewish settlement before dawn.
